Funeral services for Tommy Leon Myatt, of Edmond OK, will be held at 10:30am at Heritage Baptist Church, in Oklahoma City on Friday, June 3rd, 2022. Visitation will be held throughout the day prior, Thursday June 2nd, from 12:00PM-8:00PM with the family of Tommy being present from 6:00PM-8:00PM. He was born November 6, 1952, to parents Lee Roy and Margaret (Conner) Myatt. He passed away on May 29th, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family. Tommy married his high school sweetheart Frankie (Nyte) Myatt, and they were married for almost 51 years. They were blessed with four amazing children, 18 grandchildren, 1 grandson in law and 1 great grandchild. Tommy started his career as a hairstylist in 1970 and he retired in October 2021. Over his 51-year career Tommy met and influenced countless lives and made lifelong friendships. Tommy enjoyed sharing stories and telling jokes. He loved spending time with his family, he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren doing crafts and science experiments. Tommy was known to give unique gifts and sound advice Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, 1 precious child and 3 precious grand babies miscarried at an early stage of pregnancy. He is survived by his loving wife Frankie. Daughter Jennifer Hachtel, husband Ryan and children Kylie Ann, husband Wesley and daughter Adalynn Jane Musick, Bryce Hornback, Hailie, Skyler Hachtel. Son Mitchell Myatt, wife Katrina and children Garrison, Taegan, Ainsleigh, Shaelin, Kynleigh, Mikalyn, Jaedan, Rylan, Daelan, Evaleigh, Hudson, and Laeton. Daughter Tina Deaton and husband Chad. Daughter Stacey Parsons, husband Brian and children Konner and Maddi. He is also survived by his loving siblings Treva (Myatt) Davis and husband Paul Davis. Brothers Walter Myatt and wife Kathy and Bill Myatt. Along with many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
