Timmy Lee

September 29, 1959 - September 16, 2019

Timmy was born in Oklahoma City, OK on September 29, 1959 to Albert Lloyd Lee and Lora Marie Heide Lee. He was a musician and lived in Oklahoma City and most recently in Moore. He was proceeded in death by both parents and a sister Gweneva “Gwen” Lee Shelton. He is survived by two sisters, Gwendy Lee Erwin and Lisa Lee Cawthon, both of Oklahoma City, OK, nieces and nephews Angie Erwin Davis, Tony Erwin, Clarissa Erwin, Regina Brown Houze, Andy Brown, Jonathan Brown, Scot Shelton, and Deetta Shelton, ten great nieces and nephews, and his two dogs Gentry and Whisper. Memorial service will be held Thursday, October 3, 2019 10:00 am at South Lindsay Baptist Church 3300 S Lindsay Ave. Oklahoma City, OK. Timmy loved music and was a talented vocalist, guitarist, and song writer. In his younger years, he played and sang with some rock bands. In more recent years, after dedicating his life to the Lord Jesus Christ, he played and sang only Christian music. He shared his talent at few churches and Celebrate Recovery programs. He also played and sang at gatherings of family and friends, funerals, fairs, concerts, and a talent show. He was also an artist in other ways such as drawing, painting and playing instruments other than the guitar. He began his passion for music at approximately 3 years old. He taught himself to play the guitar and other instruments. In recent years Timmy suffered from a variety of health issues which resulted in severe disabilities. In recent months, his suffering had increased and only a couple of weeks before his birthday, he received his ultimate healing and peace and went to live eternally in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ.
